These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of www.jmgpropertypartners.com (the "Site"), operated by JMG TMD LLC, doing business as JMG Property Partners ("JMG Property Partners," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us and what the Site is for

JMG Property Partners is a private real estate company serving San Antonio and surrounding areas. The Site provides general information about situations homeowners face and the options that may be available, and lets you contact us.

2. No legal, tax or financial advice

We are not attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, licensed real estate brokers or agents, or a lender, and we are not a government agency. When we buy a property, we buy it for ourselves as a principal; we do not represent you. Information on the Site and in our conversations is general information only and is not legal, tax or financial advice. You should consult an attorney, tax professional or a HUD-approved housing counselor about your specific situation.

3. No guarantees and no offer

We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including that a foreclosure will be stopped, a debt resolved or a property sold. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy any property. Any purchase of a property will be made only through a separate written agreement signed by both you and us.
